Manufacturers, Look Here!

If your business involves using fiberglass and resin in composite manufacturing, you’ve come to the right place. At American Fiber Green Products (AFBG), we specialize in giving new life to materials that would otherwise go to waste. Our mission is to help manufacturers reduce their environmental footprint by offering innovative recycling solutions for fiberglass and resin.

Explore the Possibilities

We've compiled a gallery of material samples we've received from manufacturers just like you, showcasing the types of fiberglass waste that can be recycled through our patented process. Take a look at the sample pictures—you may recognize some materials that are similar to the waste your manufacturing process generates.

How Do We Get Started?

It’s simple! Visit our dedicated sign-up portal at 1234signup.com, where you’ll be guided through the steps to qualify your waste fiberglass, resin, and gel coat for our recycling program. We make it easy for you to determine whether your materials are suitable for our process and how to partner with us.

Common Fiberglass Manufacturing Processes We Work With

We’ve successfully partnered with a variety of manufacturers using different fiberglass and resin processes. Here are a few of the common methods where our recycling solutions can make a difference:

  • Molding Customers: Whether you’re involved in open molding, process winding, or closed molding, our system can accommodate the unique needs of your waste materials.
  • Virgin Fiberglass Manufacturers: If you manufacture virgin fiberglass and have rolls of glass that cannot be sold as new, don’t let them go to waste—we can recycle them.
  • Excess Resin: Do you have leftover resin or resin that doesn’t meet your production standards? We can turn it into something new.
  • Material Cuttings: If you cut materials like cloth mats or rovings for molds and have leftover trimmings, these can be processed through our recycling methods.
  • Quality Control Rejections: Are there parts in your production that don’t pass QC? We can help ensure those materials don’t end up in a landfill.
  • Overruns: Excess materials from production overruns can be recycled as well.
  • Trim Waste: Everything from your trimming process can be recycled, keeping your waste to a minimum.

Do You Recognize Anything You Produce?

If any of the examples mentioned here match what you produce or discard in your process, there’s a high chance we can help you recycle it. Our innovative recycling methods provide a sustainable solution, ensuring that your manufacturing waste becomes a resource instead of a burden.
